Who we are

This policy covers information we collect through this website, our application, our demo phone line, and our calls and texts with you.

What we collect

What you enter in our form: your name, company and business phone number, plus your answers to five questions: how many workers you have, a range for last year's revenue, roughly what you spend a month to get jobs, your role in the business, and your biggest challenge (and anything you write about it). We use these answers to decide how we can help and which plan fits. We don't share them with anyone except the companies listed below that run our systems. We save your name, company, phone number and county as soon as you move past the screen where you enter them, even if you don't finish the application, so we can follow up.
A record of your consent to be contacted: the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on, and the exact consent wording you saw.
Calls and texts with us: the phone numbers involved, times, and the content of texts. Calls to our demo line and to our AI answering service may be recorded and transcribed. We say so at the start of the call.
Your county: the county you work in most, so we can check whether you qualify.
Basic technical information: like any website, our server receives your IP address and browser type. Our application form also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots; it receives your IP address and browser information.

How we use it

To show your result and check whether you qualify.
To call, text or email you about your request and about our services.
To provide the services you buy from us.
To keep records we're required to keep, and to protect against fraud and abuse.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your application and our services, including by automated means.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 321-252-5854.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work:

Our CRM and phone platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores contacts and sends calls and texts.
Our phone carrier (Twilio), which carries calls and texts.
Our payment processor, if you buy from us.
Cloudflare, which hosts this site, passes your application to our CRM, and runs Turnstile, the bot check on our form.
Microsoft (Clarity), which records how visitors use this page. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
Meta (the Meta Pixel), which measures our Facebook and Instagram ads. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use this page, so we can make it clearer. Clarity uses cookies and records how you move through the page: clicks, taps, scrolling, which sections you reach, and which buttons you press. It can replay a visit as a recording. What you type into our form is masked and is never recorded.

Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com. We use it only to improve this page, not to advertise to you. You can block it by turning off cookies for this site in your browser or using a tracker blocker.

We also use the Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us which of our ads brought you here, whether you gave us your contact details, and whether you finished the application, so we can measure our ads and show them to similar business owners. It uses cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit on this site and those two steps. It doesn't send your answers, your name or your phone number. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can turn off ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block it with your browser's cookie settings or a tracker blocker.

How long we keep it

We keep records of your consent to be contacted for four years, because that's how long a claim about calls or texts can be brought. We keep everything else for as long as we need it to serve you, then delete it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Email Info@flareglobaltechnologies.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
